Ukrainian media reported several powerful explosions in the country’s capital on Thursday morning; at the same time, Ukraine’s Ministry of Digital Transformation declared an airstrike alert and a red alert in Kiev.
According to local reports, at least 20 Iskander ballistic missiles and four Zircon hypersonic missiles were fired towards or hit Kiev; however, Patriot air defense systems were not reportedly activated.
At the same time, reports indicate that four Kalibr cruise missiles, two Kian-23 ballistic missiles, and a number of Iskander missiles hit parts of Zaporozhye province.
So far, exact details about the damages and targets of these attacks have not been released.
