Twelve US soldiers were injured following an Iranian missile attack on Prince Sultan Air Base in Saudi Arabia.
The attack took place yesterday (Friday), and according to the New York Times, at least two KC-135 tanker aircraft also suffered significant damage.
Two American officials, who spoke on condition of anonymity, said the condition of two of the wounded was critical.
The United States Central Command (CENTCOM) announced that nearly 300 American soldiers have been injured since the beginning of the war, about 225 of whom have suffered brain injuries from missile explosions.
