US Senate once again voted to continue the war with Iran

In a re-vote in the US Senate, which was initiated by Democratic leader Chris Murphy, the Republican majority in the Senate voted 53 to 47 to continue the war against Iran.

Chris Murphy, strongly criticizing Donald Trump’s performance, said that Trump’s disastrous war with Iran has been going on for four weeks, the Strait of Hormuz is still closed, and Trump has no plan to manage this crisis and still does not.

He emphasized that this situation was completely predictable, but the Trump administration lacked any plan to deal with the Strait of Hormuz crisis from the beginning.

Murphy added that oil companies will not be hurt much by the price increases, but ordinary citizens will bear the most economic and livelihood pressure.
