US Navy facilities in Bahrain hit by Iranian ballistic missiles

Regional media and informed sources reported that the US Navy facility in Bahrain (Juffair Base and Fifth Fleet Command Headquarters) was the target of a direct hit by several Iranian ballistic missiles moments ago.

Images released from the scene show powerful explosions, widespread fires, and thick black smoke in key parts of the base; US defense systems were unable to intercept all the missiles.

This attack is considered part of Iran’s extensive retaliatory operation in response to the aggression of the United States and the Zionist regime against the territory of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

So far, there has been no official response from American or Bahraini officials, but initial reports indicate heavy damage to logistics facilities, fuel and ammunition depots, and disruption to Fifth Fleet operations.

The security situation in Bahrain has increased sharply, and reports have emerged of the wounded being transferred to military hospitals.
