Maulvi Noor Mohammad Mutawakil, the Consul General of Afghanistan in Mashhad, met and discussed with Dr. Ghulam Hossein Mozaffari, the Governor of Khorasan Razavi, Iran.
In this bilateral meeting, the parties discussed the follow-up and implementation of previous memorandums of understanding between the governors of Herat and Khorasan Razavi.
The need to create a trade balance in bilateral exchanges, facilitate visa issuance for Afghan citizens, and solve the problems of Afghan refugees in various fields were also among the topics raised.
This meeting was held to strengthen diplomatic, commercial and humanitarian relations between the two neighboring countries and improve the conditions of Afghan citizens in Iran.
