Amir Khan Mottaqi’s phone call with Seyyed Abbas Araqchi emphasizes diplomacy and growing relations
Amir Khan Mottaqi, Foreign Minister of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan, discussed the current situation in the region and bilateral relations in a telephone call with Iranian Foreign Minister Sayed Abbas Araqchi.
In this call, Mottaqi expressed his satisfaction with preventing the negative consequences of recent developments in Iran and emphasized that regional security and stability are in the interest of all neighboring countries.
Referring to the importance of diplomacy and dialogue, he considered the continuation of the path of constructive interaction to be the best option for the various parties.
Sayed Abbas Araqchi also appreciated the call and thanked the positive positions of the Afghan government, people, and media regarding the recent developments in his country.
He described the relations between the two countries as growing in various areas and assessed the recent exchanges between officials from both sides as a positive step.
Araqchi also praised the increase in trade cooperation between Afghanistan and Iran and emphasized the continued strengthening of economic and political relations
