Pentagon announces agreement to provide Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine

Informed American and European sources announced on Friday evening (October 31, 2025) that the US Department of Defense (Pentagon) has agreed to provide long-range strategic “Tomahawk” cruise missiles to Ukraine.

Now it is US President Donald Trump’s turn to approve this shipment.

According to the Cianan Network, a Pentagon assessment delivered to the White House in early October indicates that this transfer will not negatively impact America’s weapons stockpiles.

Zelensky has requested that these missiles be used to target energy and civilian infrastructure inside Russian territory.

The system has a range of about 1,600 kilometers (1,000 miles) and is typically fired from surface ships or submarines, although US defense officials are considering operational issues such as Ukrainian training and a possible land-based deployment method.

Trump had previously said in a meeting with Zelensky that he would prefer not to offer these missiles because the United States needs them for self-defense
