The destruction of the Al-Soussi residential tower in Gaza by the Israeli regime
Continuing its destructive policies in the Gaza Strip, the Israeli regime targeted the Al-Susi residential tower located in the Tel Al-Hawa area southwest of Gaza City with airstrikes on Saturday completely destroying it.
The 15-story tower, which contained dozens of units, was demolished by the Israeli army less than an hour after the evacuation warning was issued.
This is the second residential tower to be targeted by the Israeli regime after the destruction of the Mushtahi Tower the previous day.
Israel Katz, the regime’s Minister of Defense, had previously threatened that attacks on Gaza City would gradually intensify, calling this move part of a strategy to “completely destroy Gaza.”
The Israeli military claims that Hamas was using the building for intelligence gathering and military surveillance, a claim that the Gaza government’s media office called “completely fabricated.”
Palestinian health sources have also reported that at least 21 people, including 13 in Gaza City, were killed in Saturday’s attacks on the Gaza Strip.
