Russian army seizes two residential areas in Donetsk and attacks Ukrainian military infrastructure

The Russian Defense Ministry announced that its forces have captured the residential areas of Bykovka and Begika in Ukraine’s Donetsk region.

This development is reported to be a continuation of Russia’s efforts to dominate the eastern regions of Ukraine, especially Donbass.

According to news sources including TASS and posts published on Platform X, the Russian Defense Ministry also announced a group attack last night, during which the infrastructure of a military airfield and weapons depots of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were targeted using Kinzhal missiles and other precision weapons.

These attacks come as fighting on the eastern front in Ukraine, especially in Donetsk, intensifies.

The capture of the Bykovka and Bigika regions could help strengthen Russia’s position near key cities such as Pogromovsk, although independent information about these developments has not yet been confirmed.
