According to Iranian media reports, Kazem Gharibabadi, Deputy Minister of Legal and International Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the country, announced that a technical delegation from the International Atomic Energy Agency will visit Iran in the next two to three weeks.
This trip will be conducted with the aim of discussing Iran’s future cooperation with the organization under the new circumstances.
Speaking to American media reporters in New York, Gharibabadi stated that Iran would welcome the delegation with the aim of creating a new trend in relations with the organization.
He considered this action a sign of Iran’s goodwill, despite dissatisfaction with some of the organization’s approaches.
He expressed hope that this cooperation would be welcomed.
The Deputy Foreign Minister also announced that the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran is assessing the damage to his country’s nuclear facilities following the Israeli and American attacks.
