Iran agrees to new round of nuclear talks with European countries in Istanbul

Iranian Foreign Ministry spokesman Esmail Baghaei announced that Iran has agreed to hold a new round of negotiations with representatives of the three European countries that are members of the JCPOA, France, Britain, and Germany, in response to a request from European countries.

These talks, centered on Iran’s nuclear program, will be held on Friday at the level of deputy foreign ministers in Istanbul.

This is the fifth round of negotiations between Iran and three European countries in the 14th government, with four previous rounds of negotiations taking place in New York, two in Geneva, and Istanbul.

It is worth noting that the talks between Iran and Europe are being held separately from the indirect negotiations with the United States.
