The Russian Defense Ministry announced that Defense Minister Andrei Belousov has traveled to China to attend an official meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
According to the report, Belousov is scheduled to hold bilateral meetings with his military counterparts from the organization’s member states on the sidelines of the summit.
