US President Donald Trump wrote on his social media: “A deal has been reached with China, subject to final approval by myself and President Xi.”
He added: “Based on the trade agreement with China, we will receive a total of 55 percent tariff and China will receive 10 percent.”
Trump added that rare earth elements will be imported from there and that we will also allow Chinese students to enroll in US universities.
