Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said that Kiev’s refusal to accept the bodies of the killed soldiers of the Ukrainian Armed Forces is a shame for the whole world; it demonstrates the inhumane approach of the Kiev regime.
Earlier, Dmitry Peskov, spokesman for the Russian Kremlin, had said that the Russian side has been waiting for several days at the border with Ukraine to receive the bodies of the Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers; this is a fact.
Peskov added: “There has not yet been a final agreement on how many bodies of Russian soldiers Ukraine can transfer as part of the exchange; the figures are being compared; sooner or later we will have to think about a common security architecture in Europe; some already understand this.”
According to the Kremlin spokesman, contacts between Russia and the United States are continuing, and this process is helping to understand each other’s positions and make progress.
