Trump’s 200 billion dollar contracts with the UAE

The White House announced that US President Donald Trump signed new contracts with the UAE worth more than 200 billion dollars during his current trip to Abu Dhabi and as part of his tour in the Persian Gulf region.

The White House also announced that Trump has accelerated the process of UAE investments worth 1.4 trillion dollars, which was promised earlier.

According to this statement, the two American companies Boeing and General Electric managed to receive a commitment worth 14.5 billion dollars from Etihad Airways to invest in the purchase of 28 Boeing 787 and 777X planes made in the United States with engines made by General Electric.

It was also announced that ExxonMobil Occidental Petroleum and EOG Resources have signed a $60 billion contract with ADNOC UAE to expand oil and natural gas production.

Among these agreements, Emirates Global Aluminum Company has also announced that it will invest 4 billion dollars to develop an aluminum smelting project in America.
