Based on the satellite images received, Fox News claimed the existence of a secret nuclear facility in Iran’s Semnan province with the code name of Rainbow Site, and according to this alleged report, the chemical company Diba Energy Siba operates as a cover in the said facility.
This facility has been operating for a decade and its purpose is to extract the radioactive isotope tritium, which is used to increase the destructive power of nuclear weapons.
Fox News writes that this claim has raised new concerns in the midst of ongoing negotiations between Tehran and the Trump administration.
According to American media reports, Iran’s Foreign Minister Seyyed Abbas Araghchi, in response to the publication of these images on X channel, wrote that these very scary images will be published exactly when the indirect talks between Iran and the United States are supposed to resume.
Araghchi further described this action as an attempt by Netanyahu to dictate what Trump can and cannot do by using old and new puppets.
