Today (Friday 9th of May) newspaper Hindustan Times reported the deployment of S-400 missile defense systems in the midst of conflict with Pakistan, quoting informed officials who asked to remain anonymous.
The report states: “Indian forces used the Russian S-400 air defense system, indigenous Akash air defense missiles, various anti-drone systems and other related equipment to deal with incoming threats, which were quickly deployed after detection and tracking by the integrated radar network and command and control systems.
Indian officials told this publication that cruise missiles, including Haroop suicide drones purchased from the Zionist regime, were used to destroy the air defense system in Pakistan.
