North Korean leader Kim Jong-un has emphasized the necessity of full preparation for the use of nuclear power by supervising the launch test of strategic cruise missiles.
Reuters quoted the North Korean state news agency as saying that the test was carried out with the aim of sending a warning to enemies who threaten the country’s security and increase tensions.
Kim said that a strong defense is guaranteed only with a strong strike force.
