North Korea’s state media has called US President Donald Trump’s proposal to occupy Gaza and displace Palestinians ridiculous, and while condemning it, they have accused Washington of using force.
Reuters quoted the North Korean news agency as saying that the Palestinians had hope after the ceasefire, but Trump’s plan destroys this hope.
On Tuesday, Donald Trump also asked King Abdullah II of Jordan to accept the Palestinians who will be permanently displaced under this plan, but he categorically rejected this request and declared his country’s strong opposition.
