The Leader of the Iranian Revolution stated that negotiating with America is not smart, wise and honorable and has no effect on solving the country’s problems.
In the 90s, we negotiated with America and several countries for about two years, and a treaty was formed; But the Americans did not comply with the same treaty, and the person in charge tore it up and did not comply.
