The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar announced that it had reached an understanding, according to which Hamas handed over some Israeli prisoners, including Erbil Jews, and in return for the Zionist regime, it issued permission for the refugees to return to northern Gaza, and a list containing the names of 400 arrested people. will be presented in Gaza from October 7, 2023.
In this regard, the spokesman of Qatar’s Foreign Ministry announced that based on the understandings, the Hamas movement is going to hand over the Jews and two other Israeli prisoners to Erbil before Friday. Also, according to the agreement, this movement will release three other Israeli prisoners on Saturday.
Majid Al-Ansari added that “Israel” will also issue permission for the return of Gaza refugees to the north of this region starting this morning, Monday, 8 December.
He added that the new understandings also include the delivery of a list of the names of 400 people by “Israel” who have been arrested since October 7, 2023, and this list will be presented every Sunday in the first phase.
