The meeting of Iranian and Qatari officials focused on the development of bilateral relations

Mohammad bin Abdulaziz Al-Khalaifi, Qatar’s Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, met Iran’s Foreign Minister Seyyed Abbas Araghchi during his trip to Tehran.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar says in a newsletter that during this meeting, the expansion of bilateral cooperation between Qatar and Iran as well as common concerns in regional and international issues were discussed.

According to the newsletter, this Qatari official also discussed the situation in Gaza, Syria and Lebanon with Majid Takht Ravanchi, political deputy of Iran’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Tehran.
