Russia’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations has stressed his country’s opposition to granting permanent seats to the Security Council to Germany and Japan.
Vassily Nibins emphasized that Germany and Japan will never be able to fulfill their desire to obtain a permanent seat on the UN Security Council.
