The analysis of satellite images of the Human Rights Watch organization shows the extensive destruction of the water and sewage infrastructure of the Palestinian people.
This destruction includes the deliberate and systematic destruction of the solar panels that supply electricity to four sewage treatment plants out of a total of six treatment plants in Gaza by Israeli ground forces, as well as the Israeli soldiers filming the destruction of a main water tank.
As a result, Palestinians living in Gaza in many areas had access to only a few liters of water per day, which is much less than the minimum 15 liters needed for survival.
A large part of the population of more than 2.3 million people in Gaza has been deprived of even this minimal amount of water, and this situation has led to death and the widespread spread of diseases.
According to this report, these policies are considered acts of genocide according to the 1948 Genocide Convention.
The report states that the Israeli authorities have deliberately imposed living conditions on the Palestinian population in Gaza that aim to destroy the Palestinians.
