The Lebanon Ceasefire Coordination and Monitoring Committee consisting of the United States, France, UNIFIL of the Lebanese Armed Forces and Israeli forces held a meeting on December 9th in Al Naqourah to coordinate their support for the cessation of hostilities that took effect on November 27th.
