The whistleblower of the Pentagon’s confidential documents was sentenced to 15 years in prison
A court in the United States sentenced a soldier to 15 years in prison for publishing confidential documents of the Ministry of Defense (Pentagon).
Jack Teshira, a member of the Massachusetts Air National Guard, said before issuing the sentence in court: I want to apologize for the damage I caused.
He previously pleaded guilty to 6 counts of knowingly storing and transmitting classified information related to US national defense in 2022 and sharing it with a group of gamers on Discord.
