North Korean state media and Russian officials announced today, Tuesday, October 29, that North Korea’s foreign minister has gone to Russia on his second trip in the last 6 weeks.
This trip by North Korean Foreign Minister Choe Sun-hui to Russia has taken place amid growing concerns about Pyongyang’s alleged involvement in Moscow’s war in Ukraine.
