Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari, who is in Turkmenistan to attend a cultural conference, met with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Pakistani media reported.
The Presidential Palace of Pakistan announced in a statement that the two sides discussed increasing political relations and economic exchanges between the two sides.
