Continuing mass protests in Israel: Netanyahu desperately asked for forgiveness from the people

After nationwide strikes in Israel on Monday turned the country into the scene of the largest protests since the attack of Hamas on October 7; In a televised speech, Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu desperately asked for forgiveness for not being able to save the lives of 6 prisoners whose bodies were found on Saturday.

Two days after the bodies of 6 Israeli prisoners were found today -Protesters even called Benjamin Netanyahu a “murderer” because they said he failed to return the captives home.

Massive protests on Monday were formed at the same time as the country’s largest trade union called for a nationwide strike.

Although the nationwide strike ended after the ruling of the Israeli Labor Court, the protesters have remained in the streets and the families of the prisoners have called for massive demonstrations, including in front of Benjamin Netanyahu’s residence.
