In an interview with a German weekly, the NATO Secretary General said in his first reaction to Ukraine’s attack on Russia’s Kursk that Kiev’s action was legitimate and that it was Ukraine’s right to defend itself.
The NATO Secretary General also said that Ukraine took a risk with this attack on Russian territory, but it is up to him how to proceed with this military campaign.
