Russian Security Council Deputy Secretary Dmitry Medvedev said that after the terrorist attack in the Kursk region, negotiations with Kiev will be held until the enemy is completely destroyed.
He added that Ukraine’s decision to carry out provocative actions in the border areas would only lead to a significant increase in Kiev’s casualties.
