UNICEF: Children in Gaza can’t sleep because of fear

Salim Owais, media officer for UNICEF’s Middle East and North Africa office, told Turkey’s Anadolu Agency that children in Gaza cannot sleep and live their childhoods because they are thinking about what they are seeing.

Owais, who was in Gaza last week, told Anadolu about the situation in the city and the hardships faced by Gaza children.

He said about the sufferings and hardships of children in Gaza: Unfortunately, a child in Gaza does not really spend his childhood.

While I was walking in the refugee camps, children came to me and asked me, sir, when will the war end?” They said tired.

They should be full of life and energy; but These guys are tired of constant war.

He stated that many children in Gazans cannot sleep because of what they see they are afraid I think this is a call for The international community to act and give priority to Children.
