Reports from western Russia indicate that Ukraine has expanded its military operations deep into Russian territory after its three-day ground attack on the border region of Kursk. And Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said Moscow should feel the consequences of its invasion of Ukraine.
At the same time, some sources report that the control of Kursk has been withdrawn from the Russian government.
