UNRWA: 50 thousand children in Gaza from malnutrition suffer greatly

The Relief and Employment Organization for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA) announced that more than 50,000 children in this area are suffering from severe malnutrition due to the continued restrictions on the entry of humanitarian aid into Gaza by Israel.

UNRWA added that the people of the Gaza Strip are facing desperate levels of hunger due to limited access to aid.

This UN-affiliated organization stated that we continue to try to deliver aid to the people in the Gaza Strip, but the situation is catastrophic and a ceasefire must be established now.

According to the latest statistics of the Ministry of Public Health Gaza, as a result of the destructive and deadly attacks of the Zionist army on this strip since (October 7), 37 thousand 296 Palestinians have been martyred and 85 thousand 197 people have been injured, most of whom are children and women.

According to the Gaza Ministry of Health, a large number of victims are still under the rubble and ambulances and rescue teams cannot reach them.
