The ground and air forces of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbikestan and Azerbaijan held a joint military exercise.
This exercise was held from 2 to 17 in Kazakhstan and four thousand soldiers participated in it.
According to the Ministry of Defense of Kazakhstan, in this exercise called “Etihad”, the fight against terrorists and supposed enemies was carried out with the aim of preparing and protecting the infrastructure.
The purpose of this exercise was to destroy illegal armed groups that sought to establish a caliphate, and in this exercise, 700 types of equipment were used.
