US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken will travel to the Middle East next week to discuss the implementation of the ceasefire plan between Israel and Hamas.
Reuters quoted the US State Department as saying that Blinken will meet and talk with the officials of Israel, Egypt, Jordan and Qatar during this trip.
Blinken will also discuss how the ceasefire proposal would benefit Israelis and Palestinians, the report said.
Blinken’s trip takes place after that Biden has proposed a new ceasefire plan to end the eight-month war between Israel and Hamas.
