In an interview with Al Jazeera news channel, Osama Hamdan, a senior member of Hamas, emphasized that the occupation’s adherence to the decisions of the Hague Tribunal, the withdrawal from Gaza and the return of refugees, is one of the basic conditions of Hamas for the resumption of negotiations.
He also added that today’s talk about new negotiations is not serious, and we also believe that the Zionist regime is seeking to evade the decisions of the International Court of Justice.
