The Afghan Red Crescent Society has announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Qatar Red Crescent Society for the treatment of 169 children suffering from heart disease.
According to this community, this memorandum of understanding was signed between Mohammad Saleh Ibrahim, the head of the development and international aid department of the Qatar Red Crescent, and Moulavi Moti al-Haq Khalis, the head of the Afghan Red Crescent Society.
