Erdogan arrived in Baghdad this morning after 12 years

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan arrived in Iraq at the head of a high-ranking delegation to conduct official meetings this morning, Monday, 22 April; He was welcomed by Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammad Shia al-Sudani and other officials of the country at Baghdad International Airport.

In the framework of this one-day trip, the President of Turkey will meet with the President of Iraq, Abdul Latif Rashid, and the Prime Minister of Iraq, Mohammad Shia al-Sudani, in Baghdad.

Erdogan and Sudani will hold a joint press conference and agreements will be signed between the two countries.

Meanwhile, it is said that Erdogan will also visit Erbil as part of this trip.
