Belgian Prime Minister Alexandre de Croo warned about the Israeli regime’s use of famine in Gaza as a weapon and called on the Israeli government to give more access to humanitarian aid.
He told reporters in Jordan’s capital Umman on Saturday 26th March :He said today that I have witnessed that a large number of people in Gaza are in danger of famine.
It is up to Israel to prove that it will not use famine as a weapon of war.
The warning comes as aid groups report that malnutrition among children in Gaza is spreading rapidly and that the situation is beyond catastrophic.
