The World Food Program announced that South Korea donated 4 million dollars to Afghanistan’s humanitarian fund.
The news release of this institution states that this aid will be used to provide food and emergency food support to save people’s lives and prevent famine in Afghanistan.
According to the newsletter, this amount of money has been donated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of South Korea to the World Food Program.
Meanwhile, in the month of November this year, South Korea had helped Afghanistan with one million dollars.
Not long ago, the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian in Afghanistan (OCHA) said that South Korea has donated at least 18 million dollars to Afghanistan since 2014.
