Some Iranian media outlets have quoted sources as saying that the target of the attack in Erbil, Iraq, was warehouses affiliated with the US consulate in the city.
At the same time, there have been reports of the suspension of flights at Erbil International Airport.
So far, Iraqi, Kurdish, and American officials have not made any official comments about the details of this incident or the extent of possible damage.
