New research shows the human brain has the ability to multitask

Researchers in a new study found that, contrary to popular belief, the human brain does not simply switch between different tasks, but rather, with practice and repetition, can adapt to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

According to researchers, in this process, some of the tasks are transferred from the thinking part of the brain to memory, which provides more space for processing simultaneous activities.

However, scientists have warned that multitasking may be associated with increased stress and decreased productivity.

They believe that these findings, in addition to helping to better understand the functioning of the human brain, can also be effective in developing advanced artificial intelligence systems and improving their continuous learning capabilities.
