Russia conducts first Soyuz rocket test from Baikonur
Russia has conducted the first test launch of its new Soyuz-5 rocket from the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan.
According to reports, this missile is from the new generation of Russian space rockets and has had a successful launch performance during the test phase.
Moscow has announced that Soyuz-5 is equipped with one of the most powerful liquid-fuel engines in the world and uses a more environmentally friendly fuel.
The project is part of a program to modernize Russia’s space industry to increase orbital launch capabilities and reduce dependence on outdated technologies.
