Noor Wali Mehsud ordered immediate attacks across Pakistan Today. Hafiz Gul Bahadur also ordered attacks
Some media sources reported that Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) leader Noor Wali Mehsud ordered his commanders and fighters to launch immediate and widespread attacks across Pakistani territory in response to recent Pakistani airstrikes against the Afghan Taliban.
Mr. Mehsud issued this order out of “sympathy with Afghan brothers and in response to Pakistan’s aggression against Afghan soil,” and emphasized that these attacks should be carried out in support of the sovereignty and people of Afghanistan.
At the same time, Hafiz Gul Bahadur, another senior commander of the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan, ordered his subordinates to immediately attack Pakistani soldiers and military installations.
These developments are occurring at a time when border tensions between the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and Pakistan have reached their peak and mutual military operations continue along the hypothetical Durand Line.
So far, no group has claimed responsibility for the new possible attacks, and Pakistani authorities have not officially responded to these orders.
