Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov announced that a number of countries around the world that previously relied on Western weapons are now turning to purchasing Russian weapons because they are superior in quality and cheaper.
Lavrov added that US President Donald Trump, after returning to power, has revealed new details of the scandals in the US military industry and the Pentagon’s procurement process for defense products.
These statements come as Russia tries to strengthen its position in the global arms market and push more countries towards military cooperation with Moscow.
