Trump: I will end my eighth war by resolving the Afghan-Pakistani conflict

US President Donald Trump announced in recent statements that he is aware of the border conflicts between Afghanistan and Pakistan and intends to personally take action to resolve them.

He called this action the eighth war he would end and emphasized that his peacemaking skills were not for the Nobel Prize but for saving lives.

“I heard there’s a war going on between Afghanistan and Pakistan,” Trump told reporters aboard Air Force One. I am skilled in resolving conflicts and making peace and I consider it an honor

These statements were made at a time when border tensions between the two countries have reached a peak, especially after the violation of Afghan airspace.

The US president, citing his record of mediation, referred to resolving disputes between India and Pakistan through economic pressure, as well as the recent ceasefire in Gaza.

“He said, ‘This is the eighth war I’m solving, and I’m waiting to get back to the White House to deal with it.'”
