Kuad member states call for trial of perpetrators of deadly attack in Kashmir
The United States, India, Japan and Australia have issued a statement calling for the immediate trial of the perpetrators of the militant attack in Indian-administered Kashmir that killed 26 people.
In their statement, the group emphasized the need for a swift response from the perpetrators of the attack, but refrained from directly mentioning Pakistan by name.
The incident has once again highlighted tensions in the Kashmir region, where a long-running dispute between India and Pakistan continues.
The Kuad also reaffirmed its commitment to combating terrorism and strengthening regional cooperation to ensure peace and stability.
