An arrest warrant has been issued for the president of South Korea

A court in South Korea has issued an arrest warrant for the suspended president of this country on charges of trying to declare martial law.

This ruling was issued after Mr. Yoon Se Jaleb ignored a summons to answer to charges of rebellion and treason.

South Korea has been in political crisis since December 3, when Yoon Suk-pol declared martial law, and both Mr. Yoon and his successor have been impeached by parliament.
