Preparation of Japan and Ukraine for high-level security talks
The foreign ministers of Japan and Ukraine agreed to start security talks at the highest possible level with the presence of senior defense and foreign officials of the two countries in order to strengthen intelligence and defense cooperation.
Japanese Foreign Minister Takeshi Iwaya announced in an unannounced visit to Kyiv after meeting with his Ukrainian counterpart Andriy Sibiha that the new framework will help improve intelligence exchange and defense coordination between the two countries.
He said: Japan to realize a just peace and Padayr will continue to stand by Ukraine.
The foreign ministers of the two countries once again claimed to be present North Korean forces in western Russia and fronts condemned the war in Ukraine.
